What To Do at the New Smyrna Beach Wine Walk

Taste a Variety of Wines

For $25, you can purchase a “passport,” which comes with a special, commemorative wine glass. If you bring a wine glass from a previous New Smyrna Beach Wine Walk, you’ll receive $5 off! Each passport includes a list of participating establishments and what type of wine they offer. Begin on the river side of Flagler Avenue and work your way down the street to the ocean. With your passport, you’ll have access to try 20 of the 100 available wines!

Representatives from some of the wineries are on hand to answer questions and explain flavor profiles. Each location offering wine also has bottles, as well as half and full cases, available for purchase. If you’re looking to grab dinner before, after, or during the event, check with participating restaurants as many offer specials.

View Art Shows and Demonstrations

As you wander through this progressive wine tasting, be sure to stop and enjoy the art exhibits and displays. As part of the concurrent Gallery Group’s Art Walk, nearly a dozen local artists set up along the street. With rotating artists each month, you’re guaranteed to find something new every time! Browse the collections of work, offering everything from fine art to crafts, as you sip delectable wines.

Shop Flagler Ave

A walk down Flagler Avenue is a must while staying in New Smyrna Beach. This historic street stretches half a mile from the Indian River to the Atlantic Ocean. During the New Smyrna Beach Wine Walk, feel free to shop and explore the other great things to do on historic Flagler Avenue. As evening begins to set in, take advantage of the sunset view from either waterfront end! When you make it to the beach side of Flagler, be sure to walk around Flagler Beachfront Park.
